Thanks for clearing that up. I really was expecting to find it at the skill section. Stupid me, I could've guessed by now that I need to read the whole LRB to find an answer to my question(s).

In my opinion, this needs to be addressed at the BBCR October review, as it makes piling on and diving tackle way, way, way too powerfull.
