Oh no slapped in each eye by the missus and her mate, surely they'll have to get a SPP each, but by the sound of it they'll scrap over that as well

I'd just award it randomly. I've never seen this since 3E came out, but I suppose it's possible.

With the way i roll dice my Orge with +1ST, 2 assists and Multi block, facing 2 Halflings, wi roll 3 skulls 9 out of 10 times, and will probably die.

I would say random. But I´m sure it doesn´t says in the rules...
