Is the new PRINTED rulebook the same as LRB 1.3???
Or are it newer with more updates? so that we all need to buy the book to get the latest updates instead of printing the LRB 1.3?
And are they going to update the LRB after the the Release of the printed rule book?

Who knows? they seem to be a law unto themselves, especially as the book is being printed before the October BBRC rules meeting.
