Fan factor from PBBL

With LRB4.0 you had to have a minimum of 1 fanfactor.

Am I reading this correctly with PBBL/LRB5.0 that you can have a 0 fan factor now?

This makes the difference on my dark elf team of whether I can get an extra witch elf to start or another blitzer.

yes, in the PBBL rules, you can start with 0 FF. FF has a reduced effect on the game now (along with a new mechanic for determining gate) that allows for FF of 0.

Still i wouldn t buy a witch elf before your team got some experience (but i m not familiar with pbbl environnement yet)
