stunty vs prehensile tail

hi
I wonder if you guys could help me just started playing bloodbowl and i wanted to check if stunty players suffer from the prehensile tail -1 modifier as they ignore tackle zones for the purpose of dodging and always get +1 to the dodge. So does an agilty 3 halfling dodge on a 3 out of a prehensile tail square or on a 4 ? Thanks.
Did a search but could not get exact answer.
