No you can't. Look in the skill descrition of HMP in LRB 5.0.
LRB 5.0 Page 45
This skill may not be used in a blizzard or with the Throw Team-Mate skill.
The bold part is in red, so a change from LRB 4.0 to LRB 5.0.

Was this really possible? I never played LRB 4.0.
