I'm sure that's the right interpretation ResElves, but I'm not 100% behind your proposed change.

In the rare situations where Bonehead or Hypno-gazed players are standing next to your Really Stupid player, I don't see the need to make the players active first. Aside from some cards, I think only the proposed Chaos Pact team allows for these possibilities.

Personally, I like concept of a hierarchy among the stupid anyway.., with even the wild animal, hypnogazed and bonehead being intellectually superior to the really stupid player, and thus being able to help him get to their level.

"Hey therz dum dum, don'z jus stan there an look at das clouds, 'go an 'it someone! ... Hey looks, iz a kitty!"

Or like a 4 year old bossing around his younger brother.

But when standing up, the LRB says the player must pass a Really stupid roll. And I remember reading somewhere (maybe here on TBB) that when trying to stand up and you are really stupid you dont get the benefit of any team members near by.

I think everyone agrees on this point, we are wonderng if rules lawyers might be able to exploit it.

That's just plain wrong. The +2 applies whether you are prone or standing, or floating, or...
