Standing Up

Standing Up

I've scanned throught the LRB and I can't find anywhere in it regarding characters that have a moment of 2 (Treemen) who attempt to stand up.

What is the answer to my query, do they

A) Have to stand up on a four plus (But where exactly does it say that in the rules

or

B) Have to GFI just to be able to stand up
