can i use mightyblow and claw/RSC to get +3 on a roll?

No. LRBv1.3 p34
"1. You can't add bonuses from two or more skills/traits to modify an Armour or Injury roll."

You can use one skill to modify the armour roll and another to modify the injury roll though so Mighty Blow and RSC for example is not a complete waste.
