When to roll for knockouts

I love how you always make statements like this like you know the rulebook without question and are always correct with your belief of how they work.

To quote the rulebook:
Before the kick-off, however, each coach should roll one D6 for each KO’d player on his team. On a roll of 4, 5 or 6 the player is fit enough to return to play, but on any other result they must stay in the KO’d box in the Dugout.

Both coaches may then set up any fit players just as they did at the start of the game.

There is no way to intrepret that rule that a coach rolls and then sets up and then the other coach rolls and sets up.

I can understand as the wording is a bit confusing until you look at page 15 (quoted by Galak) instead of just page 11 (which was until now the only quoted part of the rulebook).
