Side Step and Chain Push

Push is done first and then the follow-up. Its a minor bug in the video game.

[minor hijack]

I love the bug in the pc game where the actual dump off takes place after the Block. So you can see your guy smacked down but still get off the pass... seems more real to me.

if all adjacent squares are occupied, can you push back into the blocker? Or do you HAVE to chose one of the other ones?

The sidestep coach doesn't get to choose if all adjacent squares are occupied.

Was wondering about this and the possibility that a player pushed into another who has Side-Step might simply swap places with him (and potentially interrupt a follow-up).

I'm nearly sure that you can't because the first sidestepper square isn't free when he sidestep into the second (the first is still there).

I ask assuming that the first player pushed does not have Side-Step.
