I was making a clean cut at making it simple (remove whatever is good)
If you want to house rule a list of skills the heckler removes GFI. Would you consider Stunty as a skill the heckler leaves or cancels?
Of course, then you wouldn't be following the text on the cards, which gives the examples "frenzy, loner etc." as skills that must be used. So besides frenzy you need to leave loner and at least one other skill.
Given my history with rules I am going to be careful here.
Also I have never used a player with regen

Clearly regen can be used as it works even if you are dead! and you don't get more distracted than that.
