Only in the way that operates in conjunction with B&C. It would likely be a first skill pick for most goblin coaches, but the Fanatic doesn't have many development options otherwise...Mighty Blow and Grab are great, but everything else is either completely ineffectual or marginal. Piling On is even counterproductive. No it doesn't, because MB is used when a player is Knocked Down - in this case, they're already on the floor.
