Leap, do you MUST move first?
Hi,
before I leap do I must move to an empty square and then jump over or can I jump over without moving before?

Nope no move, unless your in a mbbl2 rules league and your using wings. A wardancer (or anyone else for that matter) can start their move with a leap.

Leap isn't nearly as much fun anymore, now that it's only once per turn. I miss the good old days where I could leap in, blitz ballcarrier, grab ball, leap out, hand off to a guy who would throw the ball for a score.
Now I can only leap once. I can't blitz AND hand off (which I think is lame). I can't be really annoying with my elves anymore...just moderately annoying.

Cannot say I particularily miss those days wesleytj.
I do not have fond memories of the two high elven catchers, 1 with AG5, who could leap about the board to their hearts' content. If nothing else it made a complete mockery of stacked tackle zones. And with the two squares per leap he made less rolls as well.
That said I have used the skill to great effect myself but after they changed the rule, and I kinda wished they hadn't.

TJ: If you'd watched some of Longshots matches from the Dutch International you would not in any way believe you can't be utterly annoying with Wardancers. You just can't be practically unstoppable anymore.
