Chainsaw + Diving

First off WTFWYT?
Player has chain saw and get a normal skill selecting Diving Tackle
Junior wants to dodge away and fails, uses a dodge/turn reroll and barely passes
The Chain Saw guy licks his lips and places himself prone (NOT ROLLING FOR ARMOR OR INJURY)

Does the tripped guy suffer the -3 to the armor roll from the saw

or

Does the -3 only work on Fouls and Blocks/Blitzes?

I read it as a no - block, blitz or foul only.

You wouldn't get the -3AV on a normal failed dodge, so no reason to get it on this failed dodge.

Chainsaw + Diving Tackle was a much better (broken) combo when DT allowed you to block somoene entering your TZ.
