A bit of a side-note here: we were maybe planning on allowing secret weapons as a skill upgrade on a snake eyes roll only in our league. We'd price it 50 K, since it should occur as often as a Strenght inrease.

we did that this year and created a random chart of most of the mutations and extraordinary skills. It is funny watching the chainsaw gutter runner move around (plus he got a mv increase)
