Hypothetical Chaos Cup question

A goblin team somehow wins the Chaos Cup, and one of the players that get's a mutation is the B&C.

Can he use Claw?

Reason: ''
Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Fluff wise it doesnt make sense, but he can use MB which is just a modifier so he should be able to use Claw too. So yeah I guess so.
