Frenzy and follow-up

Does a player with Frenzy have to follow-up on the "pow" result on the block die? The opposing player does get pushed back, but he also gets knocked down... how would you play this? If you can provide a LRB2.0 reference that would be great!

You always have to follow up.

LRB pp11 - POW results - "The defending player is pushed back and then knocked down in the square they are moved to."

Frenzy Skill - "A player with Frenzy must always follow an opponent up if they push them back."
