[Special Team Play] Punt ... ok after a Turnover ?

Hi all

There is some discussion in my league about the "Punt" Special Team Play card (LRB6).

It says we can play it "after your turn has ended, but before your opponent’s turn begins".

If I got a Turnover, can I still play it ? Does a turnover start my opponent's turn ? Or is there a time between two turns, during which I can play this card ?

It is wrote "Play a the end of any of your turns, as long as one of your players is holding the ball. "

As to my opinion - yes, the card can be played after a turnover as long one of your players is still holding the ball.
