Yes, this is very rare but not impossible. Only one surviving player and a "throw a rock" kick-off event for example... (if there is no player before the kick-off event, there's a rule in the LRB 5 to give a touchdown each 2 turns to the opponent).
Maybe this is not too late for LRB 6...
(it's not a new rule but only a re-writing... or maybe can it be added to Q&A)
