M = Multiple Blocker
A = Targets

Yes, adjacent:

    AA_
    M__

Yes, adjacent (really! check other threads to see why)

Well I think I can understand Multi-Block, but what about my Frenzy Slayer after a Multi-Block and I have to make a Second because of a Push-Back and Frenzy. btw. What if one of them has Stand Firm and I have to follow up one of them, againt who I can make the second block? Can I use Mulit-Block also for the Second Block then?

Frenzy cannot be used on a Multiple Block, so if your Troll Slayer(s) has/have it, you must decide wheter they're going for a Frenzy Block on one opponent, or a single Multi-Block on two BEFORE you roll for Dauntless.

To expand on that. A Multiple Block is not considered a straightforward normal block (which is the rule for using Frenzy) ... so Frenzy does not work in the LRB 4.0 with Multiple Block.
