Dump-Off is it a "Pass" action?

Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

What was written above: There are HUGE differences between a pass and a Pass Action, as well as between a block and a Block Action or a Blitz Action.

Dump off rules say, as soon as the opponent declares a block. As a block is a valid part of a Blitz Action, the dump off is triggered once the player performing the Blitz Action has arrived at the player holding the ball and having the Dump Off skill and declares that he is going to block him... Follow the description above.

Please, ALWAYS mind the spelling in the LRB, esp. block vs Block Action.
