Yeah, I found it. it's in the handbook as well, but in the last place you look, naturally, under the heading of Head Coach instead of in the paragraph on Fouling.

I hope this can be edited in the next version of the printed handbook. Anyway, my handbook isn't that outdated, if the only changes are the pieces in red.

Yesterday we had to search 10 min for the stupid arguing the call rules, as it was - naturally - not placed among the fouling rules, but 6 pages earlier within the description for the caoching staff! We searched the pages after fouling, as our common sense that first fouls have to be defined before coming to arguing as an optional rule fooled us.
