Back to topic:
Galak, what you think of the idea asking for changing the Kick-off result "Get the Ref"? IMHO its quite destructive, I guess they wanted to make the low and high end numbers more extreme, but this can kill the whole match:
Proposal: "Get the Ref", penalties are handled in the normal way but the team who won the FFdice roll never gets the IGEMOY counter until the next Kick off" (or next half if you like the original ruling more).

Another idea for the Q&A of your list:
Which casualties are considered for receiving the +1 modifier for the post-match FF-roll? Only casualties commited by your team players, all CAS that gave SSP, all on-pitch CAS regardless if from Block or failed GFI/Dodge, all casualites that occured? (incl. Kick-off results and pushing out of bonds).
There is a discussion going on nearby...

I'd like the wording for hypnotic gaze tidied up. Its possible to read the rule 2 ways.
1. If you want to use hypnotic gaze then the Vamp must take his action as the first action in your team turn before using any other players
2. Vamp can use the gaze only in his own action but at any point

yeah why is that anyway? I don't really think it was overpowered as mutations go. In fact I am the only person I know who ever gave it out very much.
I think taking away options is bad unless there's a real good reason for it.
IS there a REAL good reason for it?
