Luthor and Necromantic

Hi!
I did a search but didn't find anything on this so far. But the search function and my skills...
However: any thoughts on why the following is so complicated?????
No update on the LRB yet, but I recently had a closer look at the star player cards after the rules review 2003:
According to the new cards, Ramtut III will play for Khemri and Necromantic, and Luthor will play for Humans, Undead or Vampire.
According to the updated team list however, Necromantic Undead may use any Star player that will play for an Undead team.
If I only take the info from the cards, the Necromantic team is obviously a separate team since it is explicitly named on the Ramtut card and thus different from the Undead team. So Luthor wouldn't play for Necromantic teams??
As is also clear from the team list, Luthor does play for the Necromantic team. Since he is the only possible star for the Undead, why
-didn't they put the Necromantic team on the star player card as the last option?
-didn't they write in the new Necromantic team list that he is available as a star, but instead added this vague sentence (they mentioned Ramtut in the new Khemri list, for example)?
Since so many things require clarification these days, I wonder when the first rules lawyer tries to point out that Luthor can't play for the Necromantic team, based on the Official cards he downloaded from the GW homepage!
Maybe they should change the card, but maybe they should change much more than that. Hopefully the list at the end of the updated LRB is clear in this respect.
