If you succeed in 'throw teammate' is it a 'completion'?

Say I need a 6 to throw a goblin which I always do and I happen to role a 6 does this count as a completion?

You only get completion SPPs whe you throw an accurate pass with the ball and it gets caught.
TTM is treated like a pass but it's not a "pass". In your example there is no ball and no roll for catching either.

What if the goblin thrown has the ball?
He has to land after all and if he doesn't properly land he loses the ball and it is a turn over.

The turnover risk doesn't matter to qualify as a completion, as well the fact that the thrown Goblinhas the ball. You are doing a TTM action, not a pass action.
There has been 1-2 long discussions about this one year ago or so. Please, do a topic search and you'll find all the arguments and facts why TTM don't receive completion SPPs.

@Redfang: strong argumentation, as ever...
