When must you declare Mighty Blow?

Do you have to declare MB before you make the armor roll, or can you wait to see what the armor roll is before declaring it? I know in the past you could wait so that you could use it on the injury roll if it wasn't needed to break armor, but is that still the rule?

It is still the rule. You can wait until see the dice roll to use any skill.

That is still the rule. At the beginning of the skills section there is a sentence about how you can always decide to use a skill after the dice are rolled.
