Couldnt really find a place to post this, rules seemed to be the best place sorry if I was wrong.

ive always found it a problem knowing whos moved on my team and playing another player who moves something he moved before. It can be difficult to prove that a players moved, stood up or used a block action.
So are there any set rules people use to help them keep track?

What my league eventually started doing is turning team members around to face them once they had moved. It works really well but Ill be going to a few tournaments this year and want to know if people do that same thing or something simular?. Im getting worried about playing a player who keeps trying to use team members twice. surely there has to be some un-written rule to stop this problem commonly used by all bb players?.

To turn players once they have moved is a common practice.

What I've seen done most often is turning the players towards your own endzone once they have played and then turning them the 'right' way (towards your opponent endzone) when you're turn ends.

Players are often turned towards the sidelines when they have missed a Bonehead or Really Stupid roll or been Hypnogazed.

Great thanks for that, its a shame it dosent suggest it in the living rule book. Im really glad to find out other players do this, I was really worried about people not doing this in the tournament.

Not in LRB4, you're right, but it has been added to the FAQ in LRB5 (p. 30, first question of the right column).
