Searched for this question, came up nothing, so here goes:

If noone in the moving team catches a HMP, its a turnover, right ?

Yes.

No, HMP is always a turnover regardless if it's caught or not (so strider is basically right right but it's not a question of catching the ball or not in conjunction with a HMP).

I think you're wrong, narkotic.
PBBL page 13 wrote:TURNOVERS
If a ball thrown by a player isn’t caught by a player from the
moving team, a turnover takes place and the moving team’s turn
ends. The turnover does not take place until the ball finally
comes to rest. This means that if the ball misses the target but is
still caught by a player from the moving team, then a turnover
does not take place
. The ball could even scatter or bounce out of
bounds, be thrown back into an empty square, and as long as it
was caught by a player from the moving team then the turnover
would be avoided!

No, I'm sorry because I'm wrong. I really thought it is an automatic turnover but it's not. I checked the rulebook and it says it is an inaccurate (=failed) pass, so it's not a turnover if it's caught by a player of the moving team.

Sorry again.

P.S.: the PBBL rulebook is clearer with this than the LRB but still I wouldn't quote it as it is not the official ruleset yet.

Oh, yes.
