moving IN a tackle zone

Post by xistence »

hi everybody!

i just don't get it...

the manual said:

"In order to leave a square that is in one or more
opposing tackle zones, a player must dodge out of the
square. The player only has to dodge once in order to
leave the square, no matter how many opposing tackles
zones are on it. Note that you must always make a
Dodge roll when you leave a tackle zone, even if there
aren’t any tackle zones on the square you are moving to."

so if would would enter a square (the tackle zone) with my figur, i can walk around the enemy (in his tackle zone 8square ring) without doin' an AGILITY-Test and i JUST have to do an AGILITY-Roll if i WOULD leave the 8 square tackle zone ring?

Or do I have to do an AGILITY-Roll everytime I move from square to square IN the tackle zone???

The 8 squares around each player are 8 different tackle zones.

Indeed, you move out a tackle zone into an other one. It doesn't matter that the TZ belongs to same player.

Does it matter how many tackle zones you are dodging away from in one go?

I.e. If you are in 3 players tackle zones but you are dodging away into a square that has no tackle zones, is it just like dodging away from one players tackle zone? with a +1 modifier?

Only TZ's you're dodging into matter, not how many you're leaving.

There is no difference in dodging away from 3 TZ's or 1 TZ, except there are 3 players in the first example and they may each apply all skills as they like (only 1 may use diving tackle though), so if 1 has tackle, 1 has tail and 1 has diving tackle you are suffering a total -3 on your dodge and you may not use your dodge skill.
