LRB 5 & Extraordinary skills

Could someone explain to this Bonehead what this new skill set means?
Extraordinary skills work when a player is Prone or Stunned.
Please explain to me how that works with the skills of Always Hungry, Blood Lust and all the other Extraordinary skills???

It just means that things like Blood Lust still "work" when the player is lying down. So if a vamp is on his back and you declare a move/blitz action, you still have to roll for Lust before you stand him up to move him. Without that clarification in the rules, some people may have argued that the vamp didnt have to roll since some skills are "turned off" when prone.
The exception of course being Extrordinary skills that explicitly say in their description that they do NOT work when the player is prone.

Spreading the word of Nuffle without so much as armour or hobnailed boots? That could be disastrous...
Oh well, when you get clobbered and hear Nuffle laughing at you, you'll think differently.
