....but I didnt search for it.. my bad.
Ripper throws skilled up Gobbo without ball, he fails to land on the pitch & manages to kill himself, I use Apoth. on him.
Its still my turn, & gobbo had not moved before he was thrown, can I get him up & move him the 3 squares he has left?
I'd like to say no as it seems wrong somehow..... but I cant find anything in the rules to nix it.
similar question comes to mind with Vampire Thralls.....

As long as the gobbo didn't go into the crowd, its a legal move.

I agree sounds wrong but it is in the rules to allow it to be done!

it was my understanding you couldnt move that goblin (or a bitten thrall), apo or no, since at the very least he was knocked over on your team turn even though it didnt cause a turnover.
i could be wrong though

Nope. The rules allow him to stand up at the beginning of his move yet they're silent on which turn he may have gone prone in so, if he hasn't move yet this team turn, he can stand up and move anywhere he can get to in 5 squares or less (allowing for GFIs).

...or even better, if the gobbo has jump up, there's essentially no penalty to a failed landing, assuming he doesn't get hurt.
