Dwarf Teams Question

If this has been covered elsewhere please excuse my ignorance, but why is it that the dwarves seem to be the only team in the game who are not able to take more than two of any of their position players?
i.e. 0-2 runners;0-2 blitzers;0-2 troll slayers.
Every other team has at least one position where there is the option of taking 0-4, so why not the dwarves?

It's a balancing issue. They don't need a 0-4 positional. And the longbeards are better then a lot of positionals in the game on their own.

If your league / gaming group wished to try other rosters in isolation then you should try to find the Worlds Edge League rules that featured in the BB Magazine.
they had different teams based upon fluffy reasons per each Dwarven Stronghold
Slayer Keep etc.
each team has specific bonuses attributable to their fluff.
not really to be used in a full league as they are not balanced for that purpose.

And Necromantic also can't add more than 2, but I doubt that that's because zombies are are better then a lot of positionals in the game on their own.

Halflings and gobbo's don't even have positionals!
