My opponent was playing halflings, and got "Buzzing" on the kick-off table, and gave it to one of his tree-man (gulp, jump-up and frenzy with ST 6).
Buzzing specifies the player "will automatically fail any attempt to pick up, intercept of catch the ball".
My question is, does this mean he cannot TTM. Does picking up a teammate count as picking up a ball". We said yes, which worked in my favor, but I just wanted to verify.

Re: Buzzing and TTM
While I don't think it's specifically covered in LRB5 (or 4), I would rule in the same way. The guy just cannot do any ball-or-man-handling while Buzzed up on caffeine.dwarfrunner wrote:My opponent was playing halflings, and got "Buzzing" on the kick-off table, and gave it to one of his tree-man (gulp, jump-up and frenzy with ST 6).
