I don't know why, but I thought that juggernaut could only be used on a blitz when he had moved at least one square. In the skill description it say's that once he's in motion he can't be stopped on a blitz action.

But does he have to travel one square or is it as soon as you call a blitz that this skill can be used.

Yeah, you don't have to move to use Juggernaut. But I agree that there should have been a rule about moving a square, kinda like horns. But those rules always get complicated anyways. So the way it is right now is fine.
