How exactly does fend vs frenzy work? does the second frenzy block not take place?

Also, CD Minos get mutations on doubles, whereas Chaos Minos get mutations as a skill. I assume this is correct (CDs being somewhat more resistant to chaos).

The second frenzy block can only take place if the frenzyer (is that a word?) is adjacent to the target. Since you may not follow up against fend the second block may not be made.
