Question how pushing works, if one gets a push or pow or pow/with push.

You can only push someone into the space of another player if there are no eligible empty squares to push them into. This rule applies to all pushes, whether caused by the original block or not.

So, in your Q. you can't push the 2nd guy back into another player as there are eligilble empty squares.
