When a trollslayer makes a block and uses dauntless, does he have to roll again if he uses frenzy and follows up?

I usually played that the first roll was the roll for him, but in a tournament everyone was saying that you have to roll each time you block.

You have to roll for each block, so yes, when using Frenzy, you have to roll for both blocks.

I have been playing that skill wrong for ages. Thanks for the quick response. Has it been like that since LRB3, or just since LRB5?
