Strength skills for Wights

Since Wights are pretty much the same as Human Blitzers with Regenerate and -1MA for the same price, why don't they have access to Strength skills? All other blitzers (except the elves) can get them. I thought it might be because Mummies have access to Strength skills, but there are teams like the Dwarves who have several positions with access to them. Is this a typo? If so is anyone playing with a house rule where Wights can access Strength skills?

Thanks.

It's a game balance thing. They don't get them because they get 2 ST5/Mighty Blow/Regenerate players on the starting roster.

It's a weak spot you have to play around. Undead are pretty powerful as is - give Wights access to ST skills and they'd be disgusting

There was maybe a case when there was 0-2 on the roster, but not with 0-4.

they would resemble the old Khemri Tomb Guardians then. and that is a very loose resemblance.

I think the price on the Wights should be dropped to 80k. 90,000 is a bit much for what you get. I don't think a 10k drop would be too much to ask for

But then you'd have to bring up the cost of mummies by a good 10k or 20k. Those players are clearly underpriced. Or just keep things like they are now, it all balances out in the end.

Or how about we just scrap the current Undead teams and replace them with something no-one wants? :D There's a whole bunch of Star Player figs languishing in a warehouse, you know...

We actually played with ST skills for wights in a 0-2 wight league back in the day, and it was pretty reasonable. BUt I agree, 4 of them would make undead WAY too nasty, especially now in the days of fewer big guys.
