and who is in this mysterious BBRC or are there just GW Members in there ?

The BBRC is a group of 7 people who discuss rules changes, the results of which are an annual rules review.
They are Jervis Johnson, Andy Hall, Chet Zeshonski (Acerak), John Lewis (neoliminal), Stephen Babbage (Babs), Milo Sharp(Milo) and Dean Maki (Angus McKee).
Only JJ hasn't posted here, and the others are easily spotted because they bear the title 'Rulez Guru'.
