Ok so your a MV8 player with wrestle u use 3 movement and blitz, both down result turns up and u use the wrestle skill.

Now can you get up for 3 extra movement and carry on your movement or you have stay prone?[/b]

No, your action ends when you Wrestle someone down.

Additionally, you may only stand up at the start of an action.

It's on page 11 of LRB5

STANDING UP
The only time a player can stand up is at the beginning of an Action at a cost of three squares from his movement.
