Title says it all really. But I suppose as a B&C blocks as part of a Move Action, it is a no.

So can a B & C actually move as part of a quick snap and if so is it random or not? :-?

Yes he can. He may move one square in any direction you desire as long as it is unoccupied and on the pitch.

Erm... I not sure on either but this doesn't sit right with me.

Basically because you can't normally decide exactly where to go. Quick Snap says the may move one square - is that an offical move action? Ermm... I'm lending towards that they may move as normal and if that leads to a block then that also has to take place.

Yes he can move.

No its not random.

No he cannot move into someone and block them.

Quick Snap overrides all normal game rules (like Shadowing, Tentacles, Bone-head, Bloodlust, etc.)

Cheers, that would be by far the most sensible answer!
