Disturbing Presence vs Nerves of Steel

Later this week I'll be playing with a friend for an 1/8 final game for a Caos Cup (he's quite new to the game).
He's clearly doing his coaching job right as yesterday he asked me by mail if his players Nerves of Steel (Elf) negates the Disturbing Presence of my Nurgle guys.

A)My quick answer, refering to the relation between those specific skills was "I suppose not", as IMO the NoS only refers to tackle zones. Is this right?

B) Does this mean that if a DP player is in the TZ of a player without NoS (or any other relevant skill), it exerts (-2) to pass, catch and intercept (-1 for the TZ and -1 for the DP skill)?

Am I reading the rules right?

Cheers
Axt

PS: For those who dont know the skills by memory:

Nerves of Steel (Passing)
The player ignores modifiers for enemy tackle zones when he attempts
to pass, catch or intercept.

Disturbing Presence (Mutation)
This player's presence is very disturbing, whether it is caused by a
massive cloud of flies, sprays of soporific musk, an aura of random
chaos or intense cold, or a pheromone that causes fear and panic.
Regardless of the nature of this mutation, any player must subtract 1
from the D6 when they pass, intercept or catch for each opposing player
with Disturbing Presence that is within three squares of them, even if the
Disturbing Presence player is Prone or Stunned.
