Grab:

To represent this, only while making a Block Action

Ball & Chain:

Players armed with a Ball & Chain can only take Move Actions [...] If during his Move Action he would move into an occupied square then te player will throw a block following the normal blocking rules[...]

cause of this i think the Grab skill can not be used on a Ball & Chain player.

So as conclusion either the skill Grab must be listed on those skills a Ball & Chain player may never use or one of the two skills must be reworded slightly to allow the combination of Grab and Ball & Chain.[/quote]

Ball & Chain can use Grab because Ball & Chain says it can use Grab. Its that simple. No re-wording required.

That was exactly the line i was missing to read. Now I found it myself in the skill description.
