Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.
If the Fanatic goes down, its always a ko. But now you can use a apo in order to turn a ko into a stunned. And then the fanatic stays on the field, right?
Jural, even if you loose a player 1/3? The loony is not that expencive, but yes, its the easyest way... Still, it can be quite shocking to see it stay on the pitch.
I think a down fanatic is such a tempting target that most teams would go out of their way to foul him. He's awesome (potentially) when he's up, but so soft and squishy on the ground!
thanks for the insight. I guess it depends on your opponant and if you are about to score or not. I would not have expected the play, so to me it would be quite a shocker. Any disruption is good..
