I have found the link to LRB 5 online but it doenst include some updates like changes to current teams and such, nor does it have the new teams added


is there a PDF or file out there that has the latest rules added in. I have looked around and I could be blind, but I cannot find it..

Only the LRB5 link at the bottom is official. The 2008 experimental rules (often called LRB5b or LRB6) are not official. They are a proposed rule set that may become official at the end of this year.
