If a troll fumbles a goblin who has the ball and the goblin lands successfully, is it still a turnover?

Do you roll for really stupid (or bonehead, take root etc) before or after standing up?

If a secret weapon guy is knocked down and Ko´d and you have a bribe, can you wait to see if he recovers before using the bribe to get him back to the pitch?

1. Answered in Right Stuff: "When a player with this skill is thrown or fumbled and ends up in an unoccupied square, he must make a landing roll" which leads to "A failed landing roll or landing in the crowd does not cause a turnover, unless he was holding the ball.", which means if he's holding the ball, and passes his landing roll, it's not a turnover.
