re-rolls & riots

I search the database and did not find anything (not saying it's not there ...)

Let's say we are in turn 4 and kick off getting a riot
make the roll and it move the turn marker back to do turn 3 over again

now here is the quagmire
in the original one or both of us used a turn re-roll
now we go back and do the turn over
can we use a team reroll

why
...the referee resets the clock...
both team's turn markers are moved back one space.

and/or
why not
A coach may not use more than one Re-roll counter per turn,

as the argument can be made both ways
It's a new turn (even though the turn number is back to one that was used)
or
It is a new turn with the same number but you used a reroll for that turn number

sounds like some sort of circle to me

Yes, you can use a re-roll during turn 3 #2. It's not the same turn being played over, it's the ref messing around with the clock.

Yeah, I wouldn't have a problem with an opponent using another reroll there.

Yup - you're definately playing a new turn. Not the same one.
If you did, you'd also have to (correctly) remember all those once per turn skills. No leaping if you had done that. No dodge reroll, catch reroll - etc.

Cheers

catch is not a once-per-turn skill... break tackle is, though

i do agree with the main point: it'd be too much bother to consider it the same turn
