With the Big Hand mutation do you ignore modifiers from both Pouring Rain and tackles zones at the same time, or do you have to choose which one will be eliminated?

So my Ag 4/Big hands goblin renegade creeps into your huddle
swipes the ball and runs out the other side
then throws it to the Skaven renegade (with diving catch) and scores all on anything but a 1

Interesting. I suppose it is more of a listing of what the ability can do. For example: I can run or walk. Of course I can do both one after the other. I can pickup something in the rain or next to a building so I can do both at the same time. Obviously this can be ambiguous though.
