Safe Throw, interncetion and SPP

My troll intercepted a pass from a High Elf thrower last game, however the Safe Throw roll was successfull and the interception was cancelled. Does the troll still gets the SPP (similar to casualty healed by an apothecary) or not?

no.
the apo heals a wound off the pitch, the wounded player leaves the pitch wounded and is cured afterwards, we may say out of sequence, in a moment between the injury and the next kick-off.
the safe throw saves an interception on the pitch, and the action goes on as if it never happened (as it did).
